I have been running into this problem and have been ignoring it for several
weeks. From the archives and the manual I have determine that glibc is the
problem.
I compiled MySQL from source running on Redhat 5.1 distribution.
I'm looking for the simple solution to this problem, if there is one. Can
someone please fill me in. Thanks.
