MySQL tutorial

Chapter 8 of the MySQL manual has recently been expanded into
more of a tutorial.  It's available at:

Feedback on the content of the chapter would be useful,
especially from those of you who are relatively new to
MySQL and looking for something to help you get up to
speed.

Comment of the type "the examples are cheesy" will be
deemed non-helpful! :-)
