I even suggested to Fred he add the Manual URL to the footers
[yep, it's still there] in an attempt to minimise the number
of questions that could be readily answered that way but it
doesn't seem to have had too much effect!

Yeah, I know what you mean. My boss can be a *real* pain at
times but, then again, that's what you get when you run your
own business!
