Hi, 
   Sorry to bother you by sending the previous email.
I have figured out the mistake that I made. I forgot
to type the command "C:\mysql\bin\mysqladmin -u root
shutdown" after I exited mysql last time. After I
typed this command, I can connect to mysql
successfully. Please ignore my previous email that I
sent tonight.
