Subject:Where is the source for the provider formerly known as ByteFX.Data?

I'm having the same problem that's described here:

http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=4120

The recommendation by Mr. Barnett is to download and compile the newest 
version of ByteFX.Data / Connector/NET / MySQL.Data.MySQLClient (I've 
seen it referred to by a number of different names) from source.

I used BitKeeper to get to the source tree, but couldn't find this 
provider anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction?
