Newby to loading

I'm trying to load ACD call data into a table for the first time.  I've
saved my data file as a text file on my root directory (win xp c:\)

 

When I try to run:

 

LOAD DATA INFILE '/GRPO617'

INTO TABLE helpdeskgrouptotal;

 

I get the following error in mysql control center:

 

[Chris Stevenson] ERROR 1105: File '\GRPO617' not found (Errcode: 2)
