       With new verion of rpm, build packages.

       1. New rpm (>2.9?) does not permit to use '-' character in variable
          of spec file any more. 
          (so "mysqld-user" must change to mysqld_user)
       2. The definition of "see_base" must be referred by %{see_base} 
          not ${see_base} as in the current spec file.
