Subject:ODBC error

From a Windows2000 machine, I use "ODBC Data Source Administrator" to
connect to mysql server on RedHat ES 3. I got the following message.

"[MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver] Host 'IP_address' is not allowed to connect to
this MySQL server"

Any idea?
