 From the manual <http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/ALTER_TABLE.html>, ALTER 
TABLE has syntax

   ALTER [IGNORE] TABLE tbl_name
     alter_specification [, alter_specification] ...

with

   DROP INDEX index_name

as a valid alter_specification.  So, you can

   ALTER TABLE yourtable DROP INDEX a, DROP INDEX b, DROP INDEX c, ...
