How to Synchronize two server's data

Hi, all
  now I have three server ,is runing mysql server.
  I hope all user can insert and update data from the one of  three
server,
  but all user browse our company's data, I hope three data will same.
  So I have to creat a Synchronize plan, I want to use mysql's log file.

  but this will have "unique ID " problem.
  someone can give some sugguestions.
