Yes - through ODBC.  Check out the version 5.0 of FileMaker Pro.
Pre-FileMaker 5.0 only supports one way ODBC - ie you can query a MySQL
database from FileMaker Pro but you cannot query the FileMaker Pro tables
from MySQL.
