Hi I am trying to install MySQL for practice on my PC (Windows XP). I have all the administrative rights I downloaded the zip file mysql-4.1.1a-alpha.zip from the downloads. I extracted the zip file in a temporary folder. The manual says run setup.exe for installing on Windows but I couldn't find this file in the temporary folder.
