I've been reading the online docs and asking around about MySQL's ability to perform parallel processing. It does not appear to support such functionality. Maybe this is intentional, or I missed something in the manual. I have a 4 way Intel server that I'd like to be able to contain certain user's queries to certain processors. Does anyone know of a method/tricks/techniques to achieve this? RedHat Linux 9 MySQL 3.23.54 Thanks in advance, Tony
