prepare error

prepare error has occured in my script, too

Can't call method "prepare" without a package or object reference at hakan.cgi
line 26.

this perl script works in my local Linux system but in my hosting service's
machine, it does not work and gives error above. I have thought it could be a
connection but I could not understant anything

Is there anyone can help me...
