Bug open more than 200 tables

Dear Sir,

	We have a problem to open more than 200 tables. If we used client
mysql and not using -A command, mysql Database will got a error can't
open table. 
	Result we can't open some table on my database and we can't
connect to mysql database. Help me please!

RAM 512 MB
HD 10 GB
Mysql 3.21.33b
Table more than 200 tables but they are not a big tables.
