problem with mysqlimport

I'm having a bit of trouble with the mysqlimport program included with
Ver 9.31 Distrib 3.22.20a, for dec-osf4.0b (alpha).

I'm importing a text file that includes about 1400 records, but its
apparently not getting them all in.  I'm getting the following
returned when i run the command mysqlimport -u root
- --fields-terminated-by=, --fields-enclosed-by=\"
- --lines-terminated-by=\n -d -p jimjim user.txt

jimjim.user: Records: 620  Deleted: 0  Skipped: 0  Warnings: 3058

Today, i've been trying to get the debug option in mysqlimport to
work, but it doesnt create a output file or anything...i'm just
curious what the 3058 warnings in the file are so i can fix it :)
