Sir,
I have downloaded MyODBC 3.51.I have created DSN, but the
problem is iam not able to connect to MySQL which is installed
in
a Linux machine.Iam trying to use the DSN from Visual basic. It
is
reporting an error "Test connection failed because of an error
in
initializing provider. [MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver] Client does
not
support authentication protocol requested by server. Consider
upgrading MySQL client."
One more thing which is the latest ODBC driver for MySQL Linux
Version 4.1.0 Alpha where i can connect from windows 98
machine
Please provide me an quick solution.
