ezmlm and mutt both support the List-Post: header option.
If you want to reply to the list, post to the List-Post address; if you want
to reply to the person who sent the message (which is indeed what "Reply"
means), you reply to the Reply-To: or Sender: address.
For this list, you'll notice "List-Post: <mailto:mysql@stripped>" in
the headers.
