ODBC Invalid Cursor Name Data truncated

Hi!

The above happens if your applications is set to use ODBC driver
cursors or if your application can't detect that MyODBC doesn't have
an internal cursor library;  The above problem should go away be
forcing the application to use ODBC manager cursors (in other words,
use the cursor.dll library)
