If for each row always only one of the columns H_ORG_B_TDM,
H_ORG_C_TDM, and H_ORG_B_TDM has a value, then I'd suggest to change
your table design to:

  LERG_7_SHA
  KEY        KEY
  LATA       SWITCH       H_ORG_TYP  H_ORG_TDM
  134        ALBYNYSSTMD  B          ALBYNYSS50T
  670        ALBYOR63VG4  C          EUGNOR5340T
  134        WLBNNYXARD0  D          ALBYNYSS99T

This should it make much easier to work with this data ...
