Compiling on pmax with NetBSD

Hi,
I'm trying to compile mysql-3.22.20a on an old pmax dec station running
NetBSD 1.3.3. But I'm having serious trouble with the MIT-pthread stuff.
Has anyone ported it to NetBSD/pmax? What I get when I try to compile it
just like that is:
