Hello,

I was told by someone that the MySQL mailing list blocks messages with the
words "credit" card listed side by side with a space between them. I have
attempted to bypass the spam filter by quoting the word "credit".

A couple comments:

They currently have the below text posted on their site:

"Some times you just have to grin and bare it... We are currently unable to
process your order via "credit" card. This is due to logistical problems on
our part. So in the meantime... The buck stops here! To show our sorrow for
this inconvenience, if you email us to sign up, we will give you free
hosting until the problem is solved. Sound Good?"

This sounds like they are having trouble getting a "credit" card merchant
account. That may be a very bad sign. If I were to think about using them,
I would find out exactly what is really going on first. Also, I would not
want to give them my "credit" card information until they were authorized to
take "credit" cards. So if you sign up for the free hosting, don't give
them
a "credit" card number until they can prove they are authorized to accept
"credit" cards.

I was also going to comment on the free SSL. I didn't see any mention of it
on their website (their "website" consisted of just three pages), but if
they are offering free SSL, find out if you need your own certificate, and
if not, who they got their certificate from. If it's a Verisign
certificate, they cannot legally allow you to use their certificate as that
violates the Verisign license.
