I've got apache in Win32 system and MySQL 3,32...
intall also.
As far as i know mysql admin needs a server (loclhost)
to work. The ODBC@localhost apears to me when i havn't
give permisions to a user to select a database. You
should check mysql database where you choose
permisions.
