FLUSH TABLES (after LOCK TABLES) crashing mysqld ?

FLUSH TABLES has had some small problems a long time; The major
problem is that this code should work on Unix and Win32 and the file
handling on Win32 makes this very complicated:( 

This case should however be fixed in MYSQL 3.22.25 and MySQL 3.23.2
Any change you can upgrade and check this?
(MySQL 3.22.26 will include a final (?) fix for a case with a
combination of 'LOCK + FLUSH + DROP TABLE'
