Why you would want to touch cold fusion is beyond me, but to each his own, i
suppose.
there is an ODBC driver for mySQL and AFAICR Cold Fusion interfaces through
ODBC (been ages since i played with CF).......
Checkup on myODBC.....should be on the mysql home page.
Just as a note I have a friend who did a dynamic page recently that gets a good
bit of hits, and is fairly extensive and involved.
He did it on ColdFusion
because another friend of mine told him that ColdFusion + M$-SQL is `by far the
best development combination for dynamic webpages`. [despite my insistance
otherwise.] Said friend spent 2 months of solid work developing his site in
Cold Fusion.
Put it live and after about 2 weeks of people complaining about its
performance, etc, etc he gave up.
He's now redoing the entire site in PHP3 + mySQL.....go figure =p
