In my mysql dump of a DB using the -B switch, I get CREATE DATABASE /*!32312 IF NOT EXISTS*/ sfyc; What is the significance of /*!32312 IF NOT EXISTS*/ - the "/*!32312"? Isn't the statement commented out? With the CREATE TABLE, what happens if the table already exists?
