(fwd) List-Archive: http://lists.mysql.com/mysql/1120 Message-Id: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; charset=US-ASCII Hi -- Does the host field in mysql.host support netmasks? For instance, 200.200.200.240/29 would be for the range of ips from 200.200.200.240 through 200.200.200.247? For those who don't know, /29 is 29 bits out of 32, which translates to a netmask of 255.255.255.248 (if my math is right this evening). :) It would be very nice if it would. I deal with a lot of subnets due to arin's tight control of class C's. /J -- Justin Yunke + yunke@stripped PC/Unix Network Administrator + http://www.productivity.org/ Database and Windows Software Design + http://www.dbasecentral.com/
