I really wonder why you're asking this question here instead of just
looking up the syntax in the MySQL Reference Manual (see the footer of
each list mail)?

attractive?

To your question:
There is no "the seperator", but there are both field and record
seperators.  See chapter "7.15 LOAD DATA INFILE syntax" ...
