Control of the list

Hi all!
I don´t know if this happens to other people of this list, but I can't
control the mails that come  and I have my Inbox in caos...!!!!!!

I have put a lot of constrains like that:
 <<email.gif>> 
but it doesn't solve all the problem...
Could you help me?????
