have no clue , but i have problem with datatime fields on win98,
vb/ado/myodbc
with datetime column NOT NULL and default values "0000-00-00 00:00:00" (even
one value from all records)
the opened recordset have
"Data provider or other service returned E_FAIL status" in RecordCount and
PageCount
and
"Either EOF or BOF is True or current record has been deleted" in Bookmark
and Satus
Populated datagrid show no records,
populated textboxes fails with error of not found binded field
Only swithcing to default NULL values for datetime works
