You can find this at http://www.mysql.com/downloads.html;  Just search 
after iodbc !

There is also a new release of MyODBC with configure at:

ftp://www.mysql.com/pub/mysql/Downloads/MyODBC/

(This will show up on the web pages tomorrow)
