Problem with driver 3.51.12 and Mysql 4.1

In the manual:
If you want to determine all possible values for an ENUM column, use SHOW 
COLUMNS FROM

tbl_name LIKE enum_col and parse the ENUM definition in the Type column of 
the output.



Column type is truncated in the version 12 (in  version 11 work correctly) 
and not show all values of enum data types.
