ANN: Connector/ODBC 3.51.12-2 for XP

Those using SQLDriverConnect() (or simply using linked tables in MS 
Access) may have noticed a problem connecting where it is reported that 
the 'user has cancelled' when in fact the User has not cancelled. This 
is fixed in this patched release of 3.51.12.
