RE: some build errors

My fault, as the source archive contained only the files necessary for Linux and Windows.

ftp://ftp.sap.com/pub/sapdb/7.3/sapdb-source-7.3.00.25.tgz now contains also the
additional sources for the other platforms and
ftp://ftp.sap.com/pub/sapdb/7.3/sapdb-source-7.3.00.25-upd.tgz contains only the
difference.

I guess this is a dependency error (although the dependency isn't explicit in the
descriptions). Because the cpc program depends on vsp30, it isn't created und thus cannot
be called later on.
