Subject:Web Tools with Apache 1.36 undefined symbol: fstat

When inserting the LoadModule directive into httpd.conf and restarting
apache i get the following error

Cannot load /usr/sapdb/web/lib/mod_fastcgi.so into server:
/usr/sapdb/web/lib/mod_fastcgi.so: undefined symbol: fstat
+++++++++++
and the restart fails.

Could you help me what's to do.
