I'd love to, but answer is still:
OK
State
STOPPED INCORRECTLY

If I try to start with:

dbmcli -d TST -u dbm,dbm db_start

the answer is:

ERR
-24994,ERR_RTE: runtime environment error
-11987,Database TST not stopped
correctly                                       

Any other suggestions?
