Amendment to by pass the referential constraint

Hi,

One or two months ago, I've a question on the referential constraint issue with error
-7040. Then I've studied the source code and identified two areas that may help to by
pass the checking.

1. In program vak25 :
- to comment out those IF statements that will make a e_link_rule_not_allowed error signal
- such amendment will allows the "Add Constraint" SQL statement to be committed without
error

2. In program vak660 :

- to comment out the first call of "a54set_complex_entry" inside function
"a660_new_pparsp"
- with the amendment, the MAXDB will behave like ORACLE when a "Delete" SQL statement is
try to remove the root node of the constraints chain cycle.

I've done some tests on the newly compiled MAXDB and seems that it behave like ORACLE on
this issue. But I'm not 100% sure of any
