[BUG] SQLStudio cannot handle table-names with "

Hi,

SQLStudio cannot drop a table named like te"st. The SQL-Query for that 
is DROP TABLE "te"st" which is wrong. It should DROP TABLE "te""st".

Please fix that. I hope you have a central function for escaping 
table-names, and don't need to change that at 1000 places.
