did you migrate to 7.4.3 and created the log backups with 7.4.3 or did you create a
complete backup with the migrate command and several log backups with 7.3?

I migrated a database from 7.3 to a hot standby running 7.4.3 using the
"migrate" command and a cold full MIGRATION backup. The initial install
had no errors beyond some bad indices which I deleted. Initially I was
able to recover 2 log files following the full backup restore. However,
attempts to recover from later log files all failed. In DBMGUI the log
files report "Skipped". db_restartinfo reports the database is
restartable. I have rebuilt the database from scratch several times,
running "init config" or "clear log" but the results are the same,
except that even the first 2 log files which were initially restored are
no longer read. I tried restoring to a point in time but that made no
difference. I upgraded the hot standby database to 7.5 and got the same
results, producing message like these for each log file:
