Subject:Bad Devspace warning on DBMGui status screen
View as plain text
Last weekend, the disk array was accidentally
unplugged from our NT system running SAPDB 7.3.017.
The database did an emergency shutdown (9050). When
the disks were reconnected and the system rebooted,
the database came up without errors and a database
check completed successfully.
Since it happened on a weekend, the database was
quiet, no data was being added, changed or deleted at
that time.
However, on the status screen of the DBMGui (V7.4)
there is a warning status indicating that I have one
bad devspace. Knldiag and database error logs are
clean, NT system logs look OK too.
Is it possible that this warning is incorrect?
Thanks for your help,
Randella Sheehan
