liboms not found

I've had installed the 7.4.3.10 unter W'2000 and then I
installed .NET. I got the following errors and I've looked
at the mailing list. This error has been mentioned some
days ago with the 7.4.3.7.

I've installed the 7.4.3.7 on a different computer without
problems.

Does anybody knows, what can be done with that ???
