Concerning RTF Swing API provide some resources in
SDK1.4 that you find under javax/swing/text/rtf
package.
Concerning MS office answer is no because it is a
completely propritary format; so you have to ask MS
for specifications ( and probably pay for that! ) and
thaen construct a complete application.
