Yes. There is a great tool called DeZign, and several companion tools to it
including ImportER MySQL, ImportER Access, Import ER Tables and ImportER
Scripts. The companion tools read their respective targets and generate a
.dez file which you can then load into DeZign. From there you can do just
about anything that you can in a serious ER tool such as ERwin or
PowerDesigner... only DeZign is a LOT cheaper. Visit
