Hi,

Are you looking for a graphical user interface, or just access to MySQL
from Java.

If you're just looking for a Java interface, there are good, standard
choices: either of the two modern implementations of the JDBC standard.
See for example http://www.mysql.com/Contrib/. These are excellent
tools for the Java programmer and allow a high degree of portability to
other databases.

There are also graphical clients for Java, some listed on this same web
page, but I do not know them.
