Where to send non-code patches?

Okay, I recall sending in a doc patch or two a few months ago. But I
don't recall what address I sent them to. I know that if I had a code
patch I'd send it here, but does the same hold true for the
manual.texi file?

Oh, and for what it's worth, the bitkeeper client setup was
surprisingly easy. :-)
