Hi,

1) Never treat MERGE tables as READ ONLY if it containts COMPRESSED or READ_ONLY tables;
2) Allow ALTER TABLE <old table> RENAME AS <new table> for compressed tables
(for current its produces "table ... is read only" error, but RENAME ... TO ... works
fine).
