Hello Sasha and Monty,

Looking at my_pthreads.h it appears that pthread_kill is defined as 'pthread_dummy' (and
_kill is not in the include file)

So no wonder that 'kill' doesn't work. But still it would be good if Apple and/or Darwin
would complete the pthread library.
