Hi,
I am in process of applying for a commercial license from Oracle.
I removed downloads from the site.
Sorry for the confusion.

You may not be knowledgable as to your requirements under the GPL but
you are currently infringing the copyrights of at least two of Oracle,
YaSSL and Percona (and possibly others).

The downloads offered from
http://www.paralleluniverse-inc.com/download.html

including
http://www.paralleluniverse-inc.com/paralleluniverse-5.5-64bit.tar
http://www.paralleluniverse-inc.com/paralleluniverse-5.5-glibc-2.5.tar
and
http://www.paralleluniverse-inc.com/paralleluniverse-5.5.tar

are provided without source code.

Quoting from
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0-faq.html#GPLRequireSourcePostedPublic
"But if you release the modified version to the public in some way, the
GPL requires you to make the modified source code available to the
program's users, under the GPL."

Please consider this a polite notice that you should *IMMEDIATELY* come
into compliance with the license.

I have CC'd YaSSL so that they may take any action they wish, I'm sure
Oracle people are watching this list and I shall bring it up with my
employers legal department (Percona).
