parameters in MYSQL_THDVAR_UINT

Hello all,

What is the blk parameter in MYSQL_THDVAR_UINT(name, opt, comment,
check, update, def, min, max, blk)?

It seems that ha_ibmdb2i always sets blk to 1, and I could not find
any other handler that used MYSQL_THDVAR_UINT.
