building a mysql binary tarball

Hello all,

i can not build a mysql binary tarball from the source tarball that
results in the same directory structure as in the community binary
distribution.  for example, mysql.h is located in
include/mysql/mysql.h in my build, but in include/mysql.h in the
community distribution.

i run configure with the same options captured in the community
distribution of mysqlbug, and then run make bin-dist.

does anyone know what the build process is for the community tarball?
